Scope

This policy explains which data Entegrali IT Services' applications use, and how, when they are connected to your Google or social media accounts: the Google Drive backup copy in the corporate website software developed by Entegrali, and social media publishing in the Entegrali panel. Google Drive backup copy

The administrator of a website running Entegrali's corporate website software can connect their own Google account with "Connect Google Drive" in the admin panel. In that case:

• Permissions requested: access only to files and folders the app itself creates (drive.file), and your email address. The app cannot see, read or change any other file in your Drive.
• Use: the website's backups (database and file archives) are uploaded to a "Yedekler - site address" folder the app creates in your Drive; a backup deleted on the website when its retention period ends is also deleted from this folder. Your email address is used to show in the panel which account is connected.
• Storage: the access (refresh) token issued by Google is stored, encrypted, only on that website's own server. During connection, entegrali.com.tr only redirects your browser back to your website; it does not access your Google account or your backups.
• Sharing: data obtained from Google is used only for this backup; it is not transferred to third parties, sold or used for advertising. We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
• Disconnecting: "Disconnect" in the panel revokes the permission at Google and deletes the token; the backups in your Drive stay with you. You can also remove access from your Google account's security settings (Third-party apps).

Social media accounts

When you connect a social media account such as Instagram or Facebook in the Entegrali panel:

• The access tokens issued by the platform are stored encrypted, together with the account or page name and ID.
• This information is used only to publish the posts you prepare and schedule in the panel and to track their status; it is not shared with third parties.
• When you remove the account in the panel, the tokens are deleted. If you remove the app in your Facebook settings and request data deletion, the tokens of your connected accounts are deleted; you can follow the request at the link you are given.

Security and retention

Connections use HTTPS; tokens are stored encrypted and only authorized administrators can manage a connection. Tokens are kept while the connection lasts and deleted when it is removed.
