What data we process
- Identity and contact: name, company, email, phone (you enter them in our forms).
- Request details: your website address, page and mailbox counts, your message, speed test result.
- Transaction security: IP address and browser information when you submit a form (to prevent abuse).
- Ad source: if you arrived through an ad, the campaign parameters in the address (utm, gclid, fbclid).
Our site does not use cookies to count visitors. Forms set only a strictly necessary security cookie.
Purposes and legal grounds
- Answering your request, preparing a quote and entering into a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c).
- Ensuring information security and preventing abuse: legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f).
- Measuring which ad led to a request: legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f).
- Sending news and offers: only if you separately opted in on the form (explicit consent, Art. 5/1 and Law No. 6563).
Transfers
Your data is stored on the infrastructure of the hosting provider that runs this site. For the speed test, the website address you enter is sent to Google PageSpeed Insights. Otherwise your data is not shared with third parties, except with authorities where required by law.
Retention
Request records are kept for up to 2 years after your request is closed; if a contract is made, statutory retention periods apply.
Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, object, and claim compensation. Send requests to the email address above. You can withdraw consent to marketing messages at any time via the link in the message or by writing to us.
